that envisions to empower young women coming from juvenile halls,
government workshops, and government assistance programs. The major
services that Women for Success provides at its facility for these women
are related to education about proper dressing, makeup, and preparation
for interviews so that they can successfully get hired.
Women for Success empowers every woman to select the best attire and prepare herself to look attractive and presentable while going for interviews, or interacting with any professional across various business meetings.
When women are looking for job opportunities, the most important
step is to be prepared for interviews. This starts from theoretical
knowledge of makeup and a keen dressing sense that can add value to the
overall impression of women looking for jobs across various market
segments in San Francisco.

Women coming out of different government workshops, juvenile halls,
and government assistance programs have to face the challenges of finding
suitable jobs. The competition in the private world is high and demands these women to work extra hard to win against the competition. In order to support and empower all of these women, Women for Success wants to establish a facility where it will be teaching these women about different dressing styles, makeup tutorials and preparation for interviews so that they can confidently present themselves for a great first impression.
Our core mission is to provide a systematic platform that every woman who previously has a been in government assistance programs, government workshops and juvenile halls. This process will help them adopt new dressing styles and learn to beautify themselves in a way that is presentable and professional, so that they can be prepared to interview in the right way. We believe that women making up half of the population of this world are an important part of our economy and social life. If we do not uplift and empower them through up-to-date skills and strategies that they can utilize to present themselves in a better way, then chances are we may rob them of their basic right to a prosperous future.
